Have you put up your Christmas tree yet?

So I was riding on the bus today and it was nearly dark so I saw that so many homes already have Christmas trees lit up! It's exactly a month away! Time is going by so quickly. :(

But hey, I guess it's never too early to start preparing for and enjoying the holidays. happy.gif

My family usually puts the tree up 2 weeks before Christmas. mellow.gif
I haven't seen any Christmas decorations up in my neighborhood yet.. But then, you can't really see into other peoples' houses.

yeah, my sisters and i put up the christmas tree like right after thanksgiving dinner. :D
i just got home from church and around the neighbor hood, i can see christmas trees already up and the christmas lights are on. our neighbor hood looks pretty.

i dont feel like putting it up this year.
its too much work, fake tree and all. you have to put each branch on individually on a certain row. -_-

We don't put a Christmas tree in our house, anymore, but I've already seen quite a few houses with their lighting on, which is normal. It's usually the day after Thanksgiving that people really start putting up their decorations.

We just bought ours and put it up today, I think we are decorating it tomorrow/monday.

i told my parents that we shouldn't celebrate christmas this year because no one is my family appreciates the holiday for what it's REALLY for...celebrating the day that jesus was said to of been born.

but they're still doing the whole "merry christmas" thing...HAHH JKJK!!

anywayssssssssss, nope. haven't put it up yet.

Our Christmas tree is always up, seriously. We have a fake one because of my allergies and we have our old living room that has turned into a storage place and one of our Christmas trees is in the corner XD.gif

Strange, I know.

Usually my mom and I put the Christmas tree up the day after Thanksgiving. But we've been kind of lazy this year.

We're putting it up this week though, either on Tuesday or Wednesday since my mom has those days off. _smile.gif

Heh, we already have ours up...kinda.

It's up, but there aren't any decorations on it. It will take a month to get all of the ornaments on it. There are too many of them!

My mom's planning on putting it up soon. She already re-arranged the living room so we'd have room for it. My neighbors already have their lights up and everything, though. I don't know if they have their trees up, yet.

i had to rewire alot of stuff
its crazy
but i feel like xmas is commming too soon you know.

For some reason, for us (my mom, me, and my sister) there's no point in putting up a christmas tree or anything. I guess with an incomplete family we don't feel it necessary to celebrate? Which is stupid.. yeah maybe we're just lazy. Yeah we're just lazy ignore everything else I said up there hahaha.

mine was up right before halloween huh.gif lol my aunt puts up the christmas lights usually in december, but she didn't wanna do it when it was freezing, which makes sense cause that's a pain. so she put them up like a day before halloween and saw all the chirstmas stuff in the box with the lights, and just figured she might as well get it done and over with cause she got all excited for christmas. so we all came home from college for the break and we were like omg its already christmas..and its november. and a few weeks a go like right after halloween all the christmas stuff was up all over the town and the malls.

I put mine up the day before Thanksgiving. :) It's decorated with Hello Kitty (for me) and Disney Princess (for my sister) ornaments.

And pretty much every home in my neighborhood has their decorations up. We still haven't taken down our Halloween decorations... too cold to go outside!
