I want to ask how can put my blog in pic1 like in pic2 (Blue) and how to put my working table in pic1 like in pic2(Red).
One more, how can I make the buttons just like in pic2(green)?

Okay, about your modules.
The ones in pic2 aren't normal, standard modules. That is actually a customized div layer. Like this:

Okay, for the different blog, but a div layer at the VERY END of your layout code. Like this:

To acheive the overal look of pic2, you have to
1. Get a CSS sheet, and edit the colors to your liking
2. Remove all of the old xanga modules and search bars:
