can you get rid of space above comments when put in scroll box? Options

When you put your comments/top 8 in a scroll box, theres a 2 line space above my top 8(probably where the about me and who i'd like to meet was) Well I was wondering if there was any way to bump it up to the top of the scroll box so its flush.

heres a screenshot...see the top of the scrollbox...well its all the way up, but the top 8 is a few lines down. I want the top 8 to be at the top when its scrolled all the way up. hope that makes sense

Oh, okay, you want to get rid of that little space above the top 8? Could you share the code you used to put your comments in that scrollbox?

There isn't any way to do it, as the person stated above please provide a code. I just think it was a little error you may have added to the original code.

Although for some layouts it will do that, or if your friend images are smaller than normal it will do that because of the extra space that your friends images would normally take.

all the profiles ive seen have had that...i figured there wasn't a way to do it..im just anal about those little things lol. heres the code i used:
