isnt there a way to bump up a topic

cause i made a topic in myspace help a week ago that no one responded to, and i thought there was a way to move the topic up.

Well, if it's just a couple topics down, it wouldn't be a good idea, but I guess if it's been a week and it's on the next page, it would be okay.
