i forgot how i did this in photoshop or paintshop....
i tried goin through all the filters but i couldn't find it mayb it was in the older version? i made this a looong time ago so yea i dunno how to make the heart thing heres a pic  Please thumb images that stretch the forum.

maybe you used the heart brush or something, and placed all your hearts on it, or put it on a setting in the brush and heart bammed it

You mean having a ton of hearts positioned that way? I know that you can change the settings of the brush in Photoshop. You can set the scatter, rotation, and colors of the hearts. By colors, I mean that you can pick two colors (white and pink) and change the foreround/background jitter setting so that when using the brush tool in one swipe, you get hearts in different opacities of those two colors. Or, it could have been done manually since it's a default Photoshop shape.
