Help please i cant get the xanga layout to work! Options

Hello i cant get the layout to work i dont even get the tutorial wenever i put the url were
it says ('PUT URL IMAGE HERE')
i put the Image and when i click on the view profile to test it it wont show the background
Please help.

Your image URL should look something like this:

I put the URL were it says "PASTE YOUR XANGA SKIN URL HERE"

But it wont work. when i paste it in my about me section.
do i have to erase all of the second line?
