I thought this would be interesting. Ok so have u ever made a piece of clothing. Doesn't matter outta what. But just made or enhanced clothing that you've had.

sorry if a topic is made already

as for me.... I cut up the sleaves of a sweater I don't wear anymore. And made leg warmers.

I write random stuff on tshirts that I never wear. mellow.gif
And I like drawing on my Vans in orange pen.

I cut up a few tshirts and made them into a puppet for a project. _smile.gif That was fun.

Hm, well I made a skirt for Halloween this year. Good thing it's supposed to be all ripped up and torn and stuff, or it would have looked a lot worse XD

i hate it when people attempt to make their own clothes despite the fact that they dont know the first thing about sewing or making clothes. they wanna be all original and creative but half the time, it ends up looking like a piece of crap sewed on to another piece of crap.

I make shirts and stuff. I'm usually not good at making the seams right so sometimes I'll just take my old clothes and combine them XD.gif When I was younger I always had to wear hand me down clothes... from my BROTHER! And I didn't want to look like a boy, and since I've known how to sew for a long time I used to just rip them apart and put them back together. I thought it was stupid but when I went to school all the kids were asking me to make them clothes. lol.

I'll still make some odds 'n ends things, like purses and curtians (oh yeah! lol I made the curtians that I have hanging in my room right now)

i made my curtains too. along with my pillowcases. i`m going to make a comforter cover as well. my curtains.. they`re basically plain hot pink, but then there`s sheer black lace over them [that i got from my grandmother]. it looks really nice over the pink. i`ll try to get pictures. my pillowcases are hot pink and turquoise. basically my theme is black and white with touches of pink, turquoise and yellow.

learn to sew. it`s not as hard as it seems. &you get better at it with everything you make.

i made a few pairs of jeans that i didn`t like the flares on skinny, it turned out pretty nice. but now at school skinny jeans are like somebigtrend & i don`t wear them really anymore.
