simple troubleshooting Options

i'm kind of OCD... and i have a problem with scroll bars on the bottom of the screen. I don't know enough about any scripts to pick out what's making this happen, but there's a white box on the side of my screen that is making it too wide. if you could tell me what i should be looking for to get rid of it, that would be awesome... if you find it yourself, that would be amazing, and i would love you forever... i would even bake you some cookies...
