Wo ai hei su hei is just one of the many Taiwanese comedy shows hosted for your entertainment. It's supposed to be set up like a classroom with the beautiful girls, and hei ren is the teacher. He asks them questions, and they reply. Then he has a host come on, he sings/acts/does whatever, volunteers go up, etc.

It's like the show Da Ge(Big Brother). I think Da Ge is more interesting though.
