what website do you go to to where you can have more than one picture for your default and it changes like every 1 second?

You make it with a program. Animation shop or imageready.

You have to one of those two programs on your computer. Imageready comes with photoshop. Animation shop google to find it. Once you download it, you can search the graphic help section for tutorials on animation shop. I only know imageready by heart.
