Disney Taking Over The World, ....

It seems like ever since High School Musical, it opened the door for other disney shows. Now all you see is disney people on the covers of magizines. Like J-14, it use to have actual celebrites, now it's all about zack and cody and hannah montana, those shows are even on the Top 10 shows i the magizine Disney channel is more popular now, and they have sponsers on their show. I remember the commericals on disney channel all relate to disney. Now i see Verb, reese's pieces, and some other stuff.
In the future all this disney stars are going to break out of their disney bubble and end up doing big movies. Vanessa Ann Hugens, Ashley Tisdale, and Corbin Bleu are having albums come out. Monique Coleman are on Dancing with the stars. These Disney people are getting more attention. It's like here we go agian, they are going to be like Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff. They start off as disney but they end up in taboilds.

Don't you think that they are getting too much attention already?




-and i just saw Sara Paxton on MTV talking about Return To Halloweentown....since when did that movie get attention?

Definately. Everywhere I go, all I see is Zac Efron. pinch.gif But it would be cool seeing them in more serious projects.

i have nothing against disney but i do have something against their actors. obviously talentless people get to make big bucks these days. k, i'll admit that doesn't include everybody who's ever acted for disney, but still. example high school musical. the lyrics are so lame; "i'm soaring, i'm flying, there's not a star in heaven that we can't reach". the acting was lame and cliche. everything was cliche. ew.

I get annoyed by seeing all these Disney actors everywhere, too.
I don't know what it is about them that bothers me, but they just get on my nerves so bad!
Maybe it's because they all seem so fake or something.
I dunno...

other than that i'm not annoyed by dylan and cole sprouse, they kinda remind me of the new olsen twins, they started off as babies / todlers on Friends and big daddy. which i thought were great.

Monique on dancing with the stars annoys me, and its just her in general. i'm alright with everyone else though, but there are just sometimes, with some of them i'm just like EW you're corny and can't act. pinch.gif

i don't like vanessa hudgen's song at ALL... that 'come back to me' one or something? she's too HAPPY, while the song is about some guy leaving you! especially on her music video, she's grinning the whole time stubborn.gif

I think most Disney actresses/actors should stick to acting. Okay, maybe there are a few exceptions when it comes to music, but seriously, Ashley Tisdale's rendition of Kiss The Girl wasn't all that great. There are a few that I like - Brenda Song & the Sprouse twins - but that's it. I just think some of them need to grow up.

i doubt that any of them (well, the majority) will be able to act in movies that aren't done by disney after they grow up.

I didn't get to finish but I started watching return to halloweentown...I missed the old disney main character. But yeah---I liked Lucas Grabeel.

Kind of feels like de ja vu.

Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, and Britney Spears (though her career now has more to do with tabloids and babies rather than anything actually musical) were all on Disney Club when they were wee little kids. It's like the quality of stardom has gone down throughout time. Hilary Duff was bad enough (no offense, Duff fans) and I didn't like Raven much either. But this is too ridiculous. ermm.gif

I used to love watching The Disney Channel. Now it's like..some big audition stage for bigger things. mellow.gif

Though I have to admit, I kinda' like Vanessa Hudgens.. ph34r.gif

I don't like the disney channel anymore. It's annoying whenever my little cousins watch it. To me, the acting isn't all that great. So the actors/actresses singing just makes things worse. Everything's all happy and jolly, I wouldn't mind if it wasn't done in an annoying way.

And not trying to make anyone mad, but I never liked "High School Musical" either. _dry.gif

i just turned the tv on to TRL and i saw Miley Cyrus aka: Hannah Montanna and i was like.. wat? this isn't disney.. since when does MTV care about the Disney Channel.

I've always wondered if she lip-syncs or not.. ermm.gif And how she dresses up and her make-up and all..it makes her look so much older than she really is. mellow.gif

Her voice is kinda'..deepish too. laugh.gif When she talks, anyway.

even if i dont want to watch a disney movie i get addicted to watching it for a second. i watched halloween town 5 times ughh lol.. but yea its like lifetime movies you just wanna fiinish the ending.

My sister has every issue of BOP and POP star since summer and its sick. every cover has a picture of Zach Efron and Ashley Tisdale.

We pretty much know every detail of their lives now. And its kind of sad.
& hannah montana sounds like shes wearing a retainer and she's always lip syncing
& Vanessa Ann Hudgens just annoys. [wow she even has her own wikipedia entry.]

but i do think a majority of the disney stars have talent.. they can "sing" and act.

for some reason..i just like NICK stars better. they seem more down to earth. :D

disney is cool, but just sometimes like when Hannah Montana talks, her voice is pretty deep for a girl. her show is cool, but no offense, she looks like a 17 year old with those mini skirts and tanktops. i somewhat think she shows a little bit too much skin for her age.

I like Disney. But Highschool Musical seriously sucks ass, along with all the other Disney Movies.
Now all the Nick shows are mostly cartoons.

ya'll are right. disney is taking over the world. They are just to much. The people can't act, the lines and plotts ar horrible, and worst of all teenagers older than i am are going googoo over little kids! This needs to stop. The only way to fix the problem is to replace the disney channel with an anime channel. that would rock. like this anime, fullmetal alchemist

You think this just because you are young. Its always been like this with disney. I mean look at britney spears, justin timberlake, christina aguilera, jc chasez, and keri russell. All from the mickey mouse club.

and the kid who played jett jackson (so hott!) and there are more but i cant think of them at the moment. but this is nothing new. its because disney is satan. why do you think tim allen doesnt make good movies and doesnt have a good tv show anymore? because he sold his soul to disney and thats why hes in the santa clause 3. and Jaime lee curtis too. SOLD HER SOUL!!!

I've always been sick and tired of Disney stars who transforms into singers. It ALWAYS turns out that way I swear and it's so annoying. I would probably like Aly & AJ a lot better if they weren't famous from Disney. I feel bad that they had to come and start from there.. otherwise I think they'd get a lot more respect.


As for the other stars like Vanessa and that Ashley girl whatever her name is... I find them annoying.. haha I guess I'm being unfair.

I admitt thier old movies like aristicats and lion king are good and they teach lessons to little kids but, what they're coming out with now is just out of wake. they are even poseing off anime. they try so hard to get more people they try anything and they're definatly not good at anime. I agree with you people and the toonami guy. disney is wak and Naruto could beet jake long any day. ph34r.gif

I miss the old Disney.. as in Princess Classics Disney... I hate these new shows they have on. Corny and such.
