Can I just get a clarification if IE7 has officially come out yet? And not just released in BETA?

Yes, it has been officially released.

Edit:

No. It's actually on Release Candidate 1. Still beta. Sorry for the confusion. pinch.gif

Yeah, I downloaded Beta 2 but I wasn't able to install Release Candidate 1. It downloaded properly but somehow, it didn't install. I dunno. Maybe when the final, official version comes out, I'll be able to download & install it. =/

^ Try downloading it again. Maybe the file was corrupted or something.

What problems are you having with installing it?

I've tried downloading it several times. It installs I guess...but when I click on the shortcut, nothing happens. The buttons in my start menu & quick links are dead. So basically, I have do a system restore to get my old Internet Explorer back.

That's very.. odd. mellow.gif

Does your computer meet the system requirements?

You should check out the support site too.

If nothing works, then maybe you should wait until the next release and try that.

Wow, I don't like it at all. mellow.gif
I think it looks blurry (yes, I did turn on that setting).
The buttons are annoying me because they're so small.
I don't see a button or anything to close a tab.
And the taskbar is too small.

I like Firefox wayy better.

It didn't work. mad.gif
The only way it'll probably install is if I uninstall my current version and install it ... in safe mode? I dunno. requfdalv34rofua;d. Jeez. And I've tried installing Firefox ... that doesn't work either. pinch.gif

Ditto to both. The only good thing they added was tabbed browsing. Firefox still pwns all.
