im sorry i just thought u could tell what i want to kno!!

i want to kno how she did here pic where its black and white but then it has certain parts that it colored

first create another layer and use the paint bucket and color in black. got to where it says normal and change to color. erase the areas where you don't want it to be black and white and done!

What program are you using? There are several tutorials in the tutorial section.

ya i really dont know much about that layer thingy even though i ve had it fo a long tyme i got paint shop pro 9 and can yall explain in steps or somthing that will make it easy to find what to click and stuff.
