i figured i'd compare two bands that are actually somewhat similar.
similarities: -both are from las vegas -both have the same appearance (i.e. the dressed up look) -both have a similar synthesized sound so...which one? edit// sorry i suck at listing their similarites. it makes more sense in my head. and yeah, i'd definitely have to say the killers. patd is more the flavor of the moment for the mainstream. the killers has a better sound, imo. |

uhh.. panic. o_o i don't like either one of them, but.. they just have better music. iuno. i don't like the killer's way of music. it's like.. oldish.. and.. brandon sounds .. ugh I can't explain it.

The Killers hands down. They're more on the synth rock side, whereas P!ATD is more pop punk. And I really cannot stand punk music.

Don't get me wrong, I like The Killers, but Panic! is more... I dunno, catchy? They have different moods, I think, and P!ATD is something you can always listen to.

PatD aren't bad, they definitely have some catchy songs which are great to sing along to. But I have to ask myself who could I listen to longer and who I do I see myself listening to longer years from now? The Killers. Their original album was good, catchy like Panic! but now with their new single, "When You Were Young" I can't help but pick them. The song is just fantastic. |

I love panic at the disco. and not because tehy are on mtv or the radio. I actually dont listen to the radio and I dont have cable :( but anyway. I was just totally drawn in by thei lyrics. I know I've heard a song by the killers, but I don't remember it. They just didnt stick with me. But when I heard a panic! song it just captivated me. And brendon urie captivates me as well. Something about him makes me never want to look away. he is a great performer even if he doesnt sing well live. And I honestly can't stop listening to them. So panic! wins in my book.

I've been a fan of Panic! since their album came out, basically.
I love the album. But tbh Brendon can't sing live for shit. And I haven't really listened to The Killers much, and I can't really say I like what I've heard from them. And I think it's really shallow for anyone to like Panic! for Bden/RyRo/JWalk's looks, seriously. |

i really really like them both a lot. but Panic! at the Disco I think would win by just a little bit. However, They come pretty close.

Aww gawd, I love them both so very much.
I loved P!@tD before it was too mainstream at the end of 2005. The Killers are just amazing though... they're lyrics are <godly>. Btw, another similarity is Panic's vocalists name is Brendon. The Killers vocalists name is Brandon. |

I like them both they both have great musical abillites and both have some hot people in their band, like Brendon, Brandon, and Ryan. I would have to say Panic! At the Disco though because I went to their concert and they were really nice and funny. They are both good though.

Eh. Panic has become really overrated, but I think they have catchier music. But at the same time I LOVE the killers.

I like Panic! more because their songs are so catchy. For The Killers, I only liked "Mr. Brightside."

I'd say Panic!, because I only like a few songs from the Killers (I like them VERY much, though! Especially Mr. Brightside), And i've heard that the leadsinger of The Killers is very arrogant.
Panic's music is great overall, with a few songs i like A LOT too. Plus, Brendon Urie is eyecandy xD |
