Center Your DeFault Stuff Options

does anyone know how to center it above anything??
like the table that holds your default name n pic and login etc..
ive seen it be done..
its centered and placed above all your stuff..
and the rest just goes under it..
anyone know what im talking about please??

just the table to go above evrything..

You mean how everythings stuffed under? Hers is a mistake. Usually that happens when you put the wrong codes in the spot..
