so im going to washington, dc in early october..and i live in canada so i wanna get some good clothes in the us. are there any sales that are gonna happen near there...or good shops?

Since I don't live in DC, I don't know about sales. But here are some stores there - American Eagle, Abercrombie & Fitch, Neiman Marcus, H&M, Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy's?, etc. Google in 'Washington DC department stores' or something like that for more stores. (=

filene's basement. great discounts on brand name clothing. like, you can get seven jeans (mankind) or citizens for under 100.
