Righty-o, then; I figured that since we have a growing number of college students on the forum, I might as well ask about housing situations. So are you living on campus in the dorms, off campus in an apartment (or something), or living at home? Or something other than that? Do you have any roommates/flatmates? How many? And all that jazz.
I'll be living in dorms that so far from the actual campus that most people say they're off campus, (but there's shuttles that run between the campus and my dorm area). I have one roommate, and including her, four suitemates. And.. it sucks to overpay for shitty dorms. D: |

I live in a building called Roberts Hall. It's quite historical—the oldest building on our campus, and originally the only building, way back in the day. I have a nice split double, which consists of two rooms joined by a half-bath. It's nice, although the water takes a while to get warm, there are cockroaches and earwigs, and no air conditioning. Not sure how well the heating works, but I've heard it's spotty. My roommate's a nice guy, too. Plays WoW a lot and rarely leaves the room, but that's cool.

I currently live at home. I live about 15-20 minutes away from the college so it would be ridiculous paying all that extra money for a dorm. It's nice living at home, I don't have to worry about living expenses and food. Although sometimes I think it would be nice to get out of here.
Living in a door room will probably be really fun, that is if you get along with your roomates. I have tons of friends that hate their roomates. |

I live in an off campus apartment that is hugely overpriced. I have my own room so that's the only thing that is really great about it. Before I stayed here, and back in the day when I went to school at USF, I stayed in an on campus apartment that was again greatly overpriced. One thing I avoid doing is having an actual roommate. I like have my own space and having a roomate just irks me.
