It's a " blend with selection tool" tutorial, which you can probably decipher from the provided title of the tutorial.

The image tags/links are a wreck though. We'll need to either fix those or have the author of the tutorial resubmit.

I attempted to fix her image links, but the photobucket images were removed, deleted or what not so it has now been rejected.

^ No. The image links should not be broken. How else are you supposed to see the images?

Aren’t you saying that the tutorial is rejected? If it's rejected, it's still part of cb tutorial system?
