Picture in a DIV Options

I put a div overlay on but my default picture isn't showing up and I can't figure out where to put the URL in at or what the URL might be for that matter.

You need to upload your pic at Tinypic or Imageshack. Then put the url into <img src="URLHERE">

It doesn't see url here!
Some other ones that I looked at did but I dont see it on this one!

Which one did you use and what did you do?
You click browse. You find the image.
You click upload.
When tis done uploading they will give you the urls and the codes...


And what do you mean "url here". What url are you looking for on this site...

Insert your friends ID. Then upload a picture at imageshack or tinypic. Put the url in the red.
