downloading help, photoshop brushes

ok for some reason i cant download photoshop brushes... it wont work and i know there are a lot of topics like this and theres a tutorial but something doesnt pop up thats supposed to and i dont know wut to do

ok you know how you click save and then it does its thing and then another thing is supposidly supposed to pop up and ur supposed to not click open folder but click open and then it downloads it or we

What are you downloading? An .abr brush file or .zip file?

Something doesn't necessarily have to pop up. I think that's what you're worried about.

After saving the zip file somewhere in your computer, go to that folder and unzip it. Double-click if your computer has a self-extractor or use a program (WinZip or WinRAR). When the file has unzipped you should see an .abr brush file. You can simply copy and paste it into your Brushes folder. (My Computer>Program Files>Adobe Photoshop>Presets>Brushes.)
