i was wondering if anybody has any good tips
on what workout sets are good for tightening up the thigh muscles
and trimming the upper legs down
if there's anything that works especially well or something like that
cuz i'm a swimmer and next summer i wanna work hard to look good at the pool
just swimming doesn't do enough during the winter
anyone? mellow.gif
