not bad!

suggestions:
-dont be afraid to use more than one layer of color for one color, sometimes it helps
-its a little OVERsaturated
-use bigger pictures

oversaturated is like the colors are very.. bright..
Don't feather(or guassian blur?) your color layers
besides that, it's great a for a first

:huh:wow.. how do you colorize without layers.. what if you want to change the color or whatever (check out my coloizing tutorial to learn more about layers =P http://pandemic.retrokill.org/colorization.php)

Well, if you use a brush to color your stuff use a less feathered one? or if you use the pen tool to select around the layers.. don't feather your selection

Wow is that grass bright. The grass and shirt are way way way saturated, but the sunflower is rather pretty. (: Good for a first.

I think its pretty, the colors are a little to bold in some places. And the arm looks really fake. But I find it impressive for your first flowers.gif

good job

I actually like the grass color. Although its a little blurry at the top left hand corner..
