hey you guys im new to this, but can anyone tell me the name of a good program i can use for layouts and creating and fixing up pictures. especially a program with real good brushes.
i know photoshop is realllllll expensive, soo all your comments are welcomed. if anyone knows the name of a program that has the two little pieces of tape up on the two corners of a picture..please HELP ME!! lol thanx you guys! |
