If you haven't listened to her yet, you should listen to her new album right now. She's enormously talented and has a refreshingly original sound. Any other fans here?

I can never get tired of her song Somedays. It's a song that makes me feel "infinite" whenever I listen to it (haha expression taken from Perks of Being a Wallflower). The cello part is absolutely beautiful and I love how smoothe and beautiful her piano sounds.. it's like wow

lol <_<

lol, James. I would LOVE to go to one of her concerts. I just think she's an amazing artist.

I really like the songs "Samson," "On the Radio," "Somedays," and of course, "Fidelity."

Seventeen Magazine actually released a CB album and her song, Ode to Divorce in it.... just for the record D:

You know I was reading this site that reviewed her album and the person was saying how ugly the album cover was..

It was pretty IMO

Yes I love the part where she sings,

So break me to small parts
Let go in small doses
But spare some for spare parts
You might make a dollar
Dollar, might make a dollar

It's meaningful and I love the lyrics.

I don't watch videos.
I also don't know how I managed to miss this topic.
I do adore Regina Spektor. I was just listening to her, in fact. "Pavlov's Daughter" and then "Chemo Limo."
This topic has reminded me that I need to see when she's going to be her, because I swear the radio said something about it the other day, but I wasn't listening until I caught her name.

Oh f**k, it's 21+. *sulks*

Yesterday they had Soviet Kitsch, too, but I doubt you're likely to find any of her other stuff anywhere but an independant music store.
And I don't think Mary Ann is even sold in the US

I don't know if someone already made a topic about her in the past, but here it is.

When I first heard a song of hers, I didn't like it. I haven't appreciated her music until just today. I dunno if it's her interesting music videos or just her unique style of singing, but I've found her pretty entertaining. I liked the videos for "Us" and "Fidelity."

Fidelity and Begin to Hope suck. People really need to listen to her old albums, the new one is a bastardization and a damn shame. VH1-approved chick rock isn't cool.

Get Songs, 11:11, and Soviet Kitsch.

^Mostly agreed. Mary Ann Meets the Gravediggers, although a compilation, is my favorite of her albums because it flows and fits together so nicely.

Regina's Atlanta show got rescheduled twice, so it was finally last Friday. I could have gone because it was a Friday and I have my car now, but I couldn't decide whether I wanted to until Wednesday when it sold out. Oh well..
