So i read in the newspaper today that a girl..that was 8 and had cancer. Her parents creamated her and turned her into a........ diamond..
do you think its funny, disturbing, sad or what???

edit// you know if you cremate someone, they're ashes..ashes/carbon make diamonds..and they also ad some chemicals..and they make a diamond..

she was deceased when they creamted her.

Yeah I heard of this too,

Though I have no Idea how they do this, I think its like super high compression or something of the ashes with a mix...or liquidize it 8(

OHH. That's what you mean. Well, although it's a nice way to remember someone, it would be really strange wearing your child's ashes on yourself, even if it is in a different form. I think keeping the ashes in an urn would be the safer choice. Things like this rarely happen but a man once chopped off a woman's finger (or hand, I don't remember) to get this diamond ring she was wearing.

That's sweet as a way of remembering someone, but it's kind of freaky.

That`s weird. Technically it`s not
even the person who died
anymore since its mixed
with so many other chemicals.

how picky. why go for certain part of the body? they should ... mix the body ashes.

----

anyways, it's sad for such a young girl to have cancer. she wont be able to get a license, finish school, and continue life.

Eh, that just doesn't seem right....
Turning your daughter into a diamond?

The mother better not be wearing it.
