Most of the mods don't answer anyone back when you pm them i've noticed it a lot during my time on this site. mona lisa and libertie are very good but the rest just send like "sorry" or nothing at all when you ask them questions. Is't cB about helping people? thats what i thought

On behalf of the staff, we're sorry if we don't get to you quickly. Truth is, a lot more people come to us a day than just you. We try to answer the first message first, second message second, and so on. On top of that and asking for other mods input, we moderate the forums, accept/reject contributions, make our own layouts, do our own projects, and maintain a life. At most, it would take 24 hours for a reply to your PM. Just keep your patience, you will be answered soon.

Also, I have paid much time to answering your PM's. I hope you consider me to be very good with replying to you with answers.

^I don't see what's so sad about my post. I was just letting ECD of our agenda as a moderator.

"What's up with that?"

We were modded, that's what's up. :/

ECD (katie?): I'm glad you appreciate me, I truly do. I appreciate you as well, honestly hug.gif

I don't know if I have ever rejected your graphics/layouts but I can guarantee that I gave my reasoning, and didnt just say "sorry" or not respond. mellow.gif

I usually try to send a reasonable explanation to whatever the contents of the PM be.

I think that this is too broad of a generalization.

An example would be useful... as Kristina said, what you have said is a broad generalization, and unelss you giv epeople a specific problem, it is difficult to provide a specific solution.

oh, on this general issue, i would point out that Kiera has been extremely helpful whenever i have gone to her with an issue, both in terms of replying quickly and usefully.
