Firefox, Hiding Profile Options

Is there any way that will hide my profile in both firefox and IE? A friend of mine can do it but he's in alaska right now and he don't wanna tell me the entire code over the phone.

Anybody know?

okay so it works...
now to edit my page, can i just treat this as a normal site and add html/css after the code you provided for me or would i have to edit that code? i want to just create my own site that doesn't look myspacey at all! :D

But just incase, make your borders 0 pixels because the regular myspace layout borders might pop out o_O
