does anyone know how to get rid of the big empty space at teh bottom of my div?
i don't think it was there BEFORE i added comments, so i'm pretty sure it has something to do with that.
but i'm not sure how to get rid of it, or if it can even be gotten rid of.

yah but then wouldn't the empty space just be at the top??
i'd rather have the div as close to the top as it could be, without making it too big either.
would it be easier to just live with the space at the bottom?

It would be easier, but it would be less satisfactory.
