im trying this overlay, and in one of the boxes, i added my comment box. but it starts at the very top of my box, when i wanted it in the middle.

when i tried adding the <BR> or some words, it turns out like this, and stretches my box.

i would just do the overflow:auto, but i dont want the scrollboxes
any way of fixing it?

Take out overflow: auto; if you don't want the um scrollbox.
Just position the comment box lower. If you made that top box a div. You can make a new div for the contact box then position it center.

You mean scrollbar? It shows up by default in IE for some reason even though it doesnt have to be. A crude way of disabling it (even if the comment gets long enough to where you'd actually need it) is using

overflow-y: hidden;
