That sucks. I hate earthquakes.

In the living room my dad has over 90 bottles of wine. He collects. Yeah & I was sleeping in the living room once & there was an earthquake like in the middle of the night & thye all were hella shaking.

Since that day, my dad put this special tape that holds them down. It's HELLLLLLA dangerous.

I used to live in Japan, and we got some freaky earthquakes. ermm.gif

I remember once when I was like six years old, there was an earthquake in the middle of the night, and the glass lamp next to my bed fell to the floor and broke into pieces. pinch.gif

I felt a shake or 2 once on the ground, although they weren't really big or anything. I remember reading something about a huge earthquake that's going to hit my area some time in the not too distant future. It's best to prepare for earthquakes, it's not too late. =P

I FELT IT!! (I live in SF.) I'm still partially shaking. My friend keeps calling me a scare-dy cat. After watching the videos about the '89 earthquake in science class a few years back, I have been terrified of the possibility of big earthquakes.

It was the weirdest feeling. I'm at home, sleeping in my bed, and then it kinda feels like you're sleeping next to a huge freight train flying past you or something...I thought someone was shaking or moving me off the bed, but yah it def was really weird.

I felt an earthquake once. It was like in 2004..I believe..or 2005..whenenver there was one in Illinois..and it was strong enough to reach milwaukee. I was reading a book on getting married..(oohh it was 2005!)..and stuff..then all a sudden my bed moved a little. I thought it was my brother under my bed again trying to freak me out cause it was at night. My sister and my brother felt the same thing and we were all freaked out and realized it was none of us under each others beds and just something else. Then I found out the next day or so it was an earthquake. It was weird. mellow.gif

I was like.. 1 when te Northridge earthquake went on. I remember like a year or so ago I was sitting at the computer, and it was shaking. Wasn't anything major, around here at least. I think. _unsure.gif Also I was like sitting on my bed then it started shaking. I was afraid to go out to eat afterward, but my parents forced me. blink.gif I could go on and on about this, but I think I'll shut up now.

there's supposed to be this huuge earthquake in bc anytime in the next century apparently. honestly i'm petrified that it'll hit while i'm still alive! the experts said that because we haven't had a big earthquake in such a long time that we're long overdue, and the next one we have will be massive ermm.gif

I've been in several earthquakes because I used to live in California; only two of them were that big. There was one that was pretty big that my sister slept right through. I remember bouncing around in my bed during it thinking it was a ride or something. I was five.

I live in North Carolina. We don't have earthquakes here. Just hurricanes and tornados.

^ Yeah me too I don't know why maybe its because I've never been in a hurricane or tornado before. I remember in like grade one or kindergarten or grade two, there was a small earthquake. I thought it was one of those earthquake practices but later I found out it was a real earthquake because my teacher was like wow look how far my chair moved!

i swear there was an earthquake not two minutes ago. blink.gif

Haha. Yeah, that happened Wednesday right? I'm in San Francisco right now for another week on vacation and I felt it. Sorta. I was watching a DVD then all of a sudden my aunt comes and tells me, "Guys, you were too distracted to feel the earthquake?" And I'm just like, "Huh?" blink.gif

But yeah. I felt that earthquake. Wonder if there were any aftershocks. ohmy.gif

I remember one time I was home alone on my couch plucking my eyebrows and there was an earthquake.

Then this other time it was during Winter Break and I was home alone, just like before and I was just chillin then SHOOM the Christmas tree starts shaking and then I was like, oh it's an earthquake. pinch.gif

The tree shaking kind of scared me though. I thought it was gonna fall over :[
