The members of Votefortheworst.com (VFTW) narrowed down the performances and compiled a definitive list of the top 20 guiltiest 'Idol' pleasures of them all.

20. Nikki McKibbin: 'Always Something There to Remind Me'
Season one's Nikki managed to hang on, despite subpar vocals, to finish in a shocking third place. Her energy level and overall off-key singing made this performance an instant classic.

19. Constantine Maroulis: 'Hard to Handle'
Constantine may have made the girls swoon during season four, but he turned in one clunker of a performance early in the semifinals. The cherry on this VFTW sundae were a series of bizarre screaming noises that Constantine made to make himself appear more “rock” and less “poser.” (They didn’t work.)

18. Tamyra Gray: 'New Attitude'
Tamyra Gray probably should’ve won the first season of 'American Idol.' What happened? 'New Attitude' happened. In the final four, Tamyra let out this terrifyingly
off-key performance, ruining her chances and launching VFTW darling Nikki McKibbin into the top three.

17. Kellie Pickler: 'Bohemian Rhapsody'
Although the judges loved it, Kellie’s rendition of the Queen classic was dripping with Velveeta. From the messy hair to the black leather jacket to the gyrating motion she made while kneeling, Kellie campaigned for VFTW votes in the worst way.

16. Anthony Fedorov: 'Climb Ev'ry Mountain'
Having the 'Idol' kids sing show tunes was already a mistake (even frontrunners Carrie and Bo couldn’t pull them off), but Anthony brought the pain to a whole new level with this song. By trying to make the song into a pop tune, he just looked kind of silly, leading up to a final off-key glory note. The result was a deliciously corny performance.

15. Carmen Rasmusen: 'Can't Fight the Moonlight'
In season two, the judges decided to bring back people who were cut earlier to compete for the wildcard round. Carmen was one of those people, and she quickly proved why she wasn’t chosen in the first place. Her goat-like vibrato and side-slapping antics led Simon to tell her that she did an awful job ... only to have him pick her the next day as his wildcard.

14. Jon Peter Lewis: 'A Little Less Conversation'
Jon Peter Lewis attempted an Elvis song and added his own ridiculous choreography to make this an instant VFTW classic. The public agreed when they voted him into the top 12, yet soon gave JPL the nicknames "Just Plain Lousy "and "Just Please Leave" once he kept up his over-the-top antics.

13. Sylvia Chibiliti: 'Didn't We Almost Have It All'
Imagine a muppet with a lisp singing on 'Idol,' and you have Sylvia. For some reason, Sylvia couldn’t quite grasp the concept of diction, and her song came out sounding more like, “Dibit we awmos hab it aw?” Simon also criticized her song choice, leading her to shout back, “I wath feeling my thong!”

12. Ace Young: 'Drops of Jupiter'
Ace’s star was falling fast, so he decided to tackle Train’s 'Drops of Jupiter' for his Top 10 performance. The highlight of this corny, almost pathetic rendition was his revealing of the “permanent scar” on his chest during the matching lyrics. He succeeded at taking cheese to a whole new level and making VFTW cheer for him.

11. Scott Savol: 'She's Gone'
Scott made VFTW famous for a reason, and part of that reason was his bizarre performance of the Hall and Oates classic. He first insulted Bo and Constantine by calling himself "the real rocker in this competition” and then massacred the song. That bravado made us fall in love with Scott and made this performance a classic.

10. Kellie Pickler: 'Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered'
The only person to make it on this list twice, Kellie followed up 'Bohemian Rhapsody' with this startling rendition of a classic song. After completely losing her place in the music, she admitted, “Ah butchered it!” to the entire audience. She also maintained that she wouldn’t sing it again, so as to not torture the audience.

9. David Radford: 'Crazy Little Thing Called Love'
Following in John Stevens’ footsteps, David Radford tried to prove that crooners belong on 'Idol.' Unfortunately, he picked a Queen song to prove it, and he sang it appallingly with the added benefit of some air drums. David’s facial expressions made him look like he was having spasms around the stage or that he had just eaten some horribly stinky cheese.

8. Lisa Wilson: 'Come to My Window'
Lisa Wilson recently competed to win Miss USA, but a few short years ago she was also an 'Idol' hopeful. Her off-key screaming for the entire duration of the song proved to be one of the worst vocal performances ever, prompting the judges to tear her down.

7. Rodesia Eaves: 'Daydream Believer'
Rodesia was an easily forgettable presence in season one until she belted out this Monkees song with more melismas than Mariah Carey. By the end of the performance, she was just shouting and screaming off-key, finishing it off with one incredibly out-of-tune scream.

6. Kevin Covais: 'Part-Time Lover'
Kevin didn’t disappoint in the Top 12 with his version of this Stevie Wonder hit. With his adorable lisp, the 17-year-old sang lines like, “We are undercover passion on the run,” and peppered in some chicken dance moves. He made everyone at home both laugh along with him and wonder why he was still in the competition.

5. Jasmine Trias: 'It's Raining Men'
Season three's final competitors were a pretty formidable bunch, save for one contestant from Hawaii -- Jasmine Trias. Her vocals on 'It’s Raining Men' were pretty bad, causing her to cry after the judges virtually handed her walking papers. But the next night, frontrunner LaToya London was sent packing.

4. Bobby Bennett: 'Copacabana'
Bobby was so amazingly oblivious to what the judges wanted to hear on 'Idol' that he decided to do one of the most overdone karaoke songs of all time for his performance. Not only did he eerily resemble a Simpsons character, Bobby also camped it up with some eccentric dance moves.

3. Janay Castine: 'Hit 'Em Up Style (Oops!)'
Emerging as a dark horse in season four, Janay's rendition of this Blu Cantrell hit really made America question her presence on the show. Her dancing was strange, her vocals were off, and she had a weird penchant for pointing at the camera and making scared faces.

2. Juanita Barber: 'What About the Children'
When Frenchie Davis was disqualified in season two, a replacement was brought in to take her spot in the semifinals. That replacement was Juanita, a gospel singer who oversang a song about the children. After killing the song, she shot back at the less-than-nice judges, asking Randy, “Do you know who I am? You better find out who I am.”

1. John Stevens: 'Crocodile Rock'
One of the greatest guilty pleasures of the 'Idol' franchise was watching John Stevens step out of his crooner shell to perform this Elton John oldie. The judges called it the worst performance they had ever heard. Maybe they were right because John’s entertainingly bad routine earned him the No. 1 spot on this list.

Yeah, I didn't really like Kevin Covais's performance of 'Part-Time Lover' either. It was too quirky for me.

I remember this like chinese or asian guy..whatever who tried to sing a ricky martin song. I don't remember what season he was in..It was either 1 or 2..cause those were the only ones I watched fully all the way..the others I kinda stopped watching. I'm pretty sure the guy was in the season when it was Clay Aiken vs. Rubben Studder (sp?)
