Some (as in very few in numbers) younger guys are more mature than older guys.

Just because they're younger doesn't mean that they're any less experienced than you are, so that's not the problem. However, being 'experienced' doesn't mean they're mature either.

It depends on your taste. Which guy do you feel like would suit you more? Or which one of them will take you the most seriously.

Not a lil boy? Two years isn't such a huge difference you know and I know a lot of younger ppl who are more mature than ppl my age. Age doesn't make a difference.
