how do you make the piture like that (use brushes in the program )? i downloaded animation shop 3.5 ? |

You use brushes in program , like you said. You can use them in photoshop or paint shop pro. But I would of suggest photoshop and imageready . Since they go together and when your doing it its easier to just go from one to another.
