Okay. I have a couple of questions which all revolve around this banner. [click]
1. can someone please tell me where she got those splats in the background, like the exact brush. 2. also, that bubble things with the lyrics in it. i'm using Paint Shop Pro X please & thank you

The bubble looks like a brush but she just did a stroke to it and wrote inside.
