Ughhh. I was at Golden Corral (buffet restaurant) earlier, and they put me down for the kid buffet, which is for 11 and under. mellow.gif
I kept telling the woman I was 17, and she finally put me down for an adult meal. Then when we get to our table, they bring me crayons and something to color. And a kid sized plate. blink.gif

Thats not the first time thats happened.

So, has anyone ever been embarassed and mistaken as being waay younger, or older than you really are?

I get happy when if I'm given crayons. I think I'm still a kid at heart. When I ask people how old I look, they always say I look older then i really am. At times I would pretend I'm still a kid and pay kid price for movies >_>.

I work in the mall, and we have this rule that minors aren't allowed in without an adult after 6 on weekends.

I get carded almost EVERY time when I go on a break. mellow.gif

When I first started going on the internet a lot, I had a picture of me up on a forum...

The members were saying I looked 16, I was pretending to be 14, and I was really 11.

So, I looked 16 when I was 11 years old XD.gif

People say I look a lot older than I really am.

One time when some of my friends and I went to the school to watch a talent show, the person who was selling the tickets thought I was my friends' dad and they charged me for adult instead of parent.

Then I told them I was student. She just said "Ughhh... I'm so tired..." stubborn.gif

Aww..I've never been mistaken for younger, although I'm 14.

That's so rude! I would've complained to the manager if I were you.

Hahaha...crayons. Yo you shoulda accepted that shit..isn't it cheaper?

I was thinking the same thing.. My parents passed me off as a kid at Golden Corral as long as they possibly could because you get the same plates, you go to the same buffet, etc. It's the same thing but it's cheaper.

Errr. Yeah. My parents told me afterwards that I shouldnt have corrected the woman. It happens to me alot. I guess because I'm so short (5'1), and I tend to smile alot at people.

A few weeks ago someone mistakened my 13 year old sister as a senior. mellow.gif Ughh. lol.

I'd love to look older.

Haha lol thanks. My main profile picture does make me look pretty young. I have others that I think I look older in. At least I hope so.

Oh. I just realized - this must be why I get very little to no attention from guys my age. No wonder the only guys that ever flirt with me are little 13 year old punks.

Ah, I have the saaame problem as you.

I'm only 14, but I've always looked young for my age. When I first post my pictures on a forum, people ask me "what are you, 11? 12?!"

And of course, I always get the kids meal and crayons when my family goes out to eat hammer.gif

Actually, everyone tells me I look older. Like, my dad told me to go get tickets for Troy, it must have escaped his mind that it was rated R and the lady just gave them to me.

But sometimes stupid waiters think i'm like 13. But then again the waiters aren't so bright themselves.

I went to get my haircut the other day, and the woman couldn't believe I was a senior. She thought I was 14 and a freshman. I was not amused.

Lol its not your fault. When I said "haha thanks", I didnt mean I was mad or anything. I thought it was a complement or something. XD

I actually wear makeup. As much as my mom does. mellow.gif

Maybe its because I have the chest of a 10 year old. O_O

Ahh ha. I know what you mean. Well at least she didnt give you a 14 year old's haircut or something. Last time I got my hair cut, the lady got my age right - but she insisted that I was extremely talented and had some kind of remarkable gift. And that Jesus was going to use me. rofl1.gif

I have a large age range, its pretty funny. The youngest I've been is like...15...but that was still awhile ago. The oldest I've EVER been called is 24. blink.gif Which is weird. But whatever. Average now is I'm called my age or 1 or 2 years older.

when i was in 6th grade. i got my friends into rated r movies.
they asked me how old i was and i said 19 and they let me in.
considering the movie theatre is strict about letting kids into rated r movies, but not strict enough to check for i.d.
