Question about Submitign Layout |

I looked in the terms but I didn't find an answere to my question.
If I submit a layout to CB do they now have full ownership of it? Can I submit a layout to CB and then submit the same one to a different site, since it is my layout? What if I submit a layout but then, for a good reason, I don't want it to be avalible for download anymore? Thanks |

From what I remember, layouts submitted here would be removed if they're found on a competing site, as they do now belong to createblog. If you submit a layout and it's accepted, but you'd like to have it removed, you can certainly do so by asking one of the design staff [myspace, lj, xanga] or Head Staff and administrators.

Well, cB's policies are up for changes regarding the ownership of the layout after it is submitted. You'd have to speak to micron about that. I ask you not to do it now though; I will be more than happy to ask him to look it over. If you wish to take off your layouts after submitting them, you are allowed to do so. You may PM an admin or head staff and ask them to remove certain layouts.

you can also remove them on your own by clicking edit layout and going to the bottom and pressing remove
