K. So. On my site (for my dog kennel shut up
 ) we have a puppy application.http://www.legacydogs.com/puppyform.html Can anyone tell me a way to get it sent to my email? If I could get an answer soon it would be fabulous! |

In the application code there should be a part for your email . There has to be or teh form is pointless?

Well, I don't see in the code where it has it to send to my email.
Do you know of a website that I can get a code from to make a form like that? |
