i really want to start using wordpress but i'm not sure if i can. my dad doesn't want me to download anything so if i asked someone to install wordpress for me would i be able to use it without downloading anything?

Yes, you'd be able to use it if someone else downloaded and installed it.
I don't recall it requiring downloading of files after installation.. |

i wanted to use it too, but it sounded really confusing downloading, i use smart FTP. its really easy to use.and theres also cutenews too.

^ Actually the downloading and installing isn't that bad. Using is is the worst part but its extremely easy to get used too.
