Help with links for Overlays? Options

Hi,

I'm trying to create an overlay for my profile, but I really don't know much about linking so I'm looking for a little help..
..for example:

say I want to put in a "View all friends here" link, I can get a template for how to create the link, but don't know the URL for the destination :(

How do I find out this out?
...when I click the link on my current page is the URL for the overlay link the one that appears in the address bar while it's redirecting?

:S i didnt understand that but i think i get what you're tryna say. if you want the 'view all friends' link. then just go to your currena page click on the link and then copy the URL in the address bar and use this code to create a link :
