In the issue of hiatus, for me it depends on how long the mod is planning to be away. A two week break is doable and sometimes maybe a month. Extensive leaves (in the case of being gone for a over a month or coming on online here and there) usually puts the mod in jeopardy being of asked to step down or demotted. |

I don't think they shoudl be permanently demodded, but, maybe have a temporary team? Like "you only work if a mod goes inactive", sort of an alternate type thing, because if it's personal reasons, it's not very fair.

i dont think you know what you're talking about. i asked about the temp team who someone said would fill in when mods have to leave. what i said was who's to say you should automatically be placed on it to be in a postition of power if needed. then you go off and say something about nominations which this has absolutely nothing to do with. i can see that you are saying the you want to be CONSIDERED for the team, but that is not what it sounded like on the post i quoted. |
