No, absolutely not. It is perfectly normal to get jealous when your boyfriend/girlfriend talks to people the same sex as you.

hell im jealous of the girls he works with...its normal. however if you threaten him or the girls, then its not normal.

It's fine, it's natural to feel jealous. But next time you do, remember that he's only got eyes for you; that's why he's here instead of running off with those other "chix".

Everyone gets jealous, it's natural. But as cliche as it is, he's with you for a reason. And he probably gets as jealous when your talking to some other dude.

i don't know but this is my opinon, if i have a girlfriend and she talk to other guys. Somehow she will start to like that other guy after a while? Then she will think to herself, I like two people now...what am i suppost to do? Then later, MAYBE me and her will get into some kind of fight and that other guy might be there to help her out while she is down. she will leaves me for another guy? Even if I trust her, I can't control her heart...right? So I guess that's why most people are jealous. We're not perfect and we are afraid that our bf/gf will find someone better then us and leave us out in the rain.... sad.gif

omg thats so tru.. and thats how i feel.. i get reali jealous wen all tha chixs like addin him on myspace and start sayin thats hes hot n stuff... mayb i should just ignore wateva tha chixs said.

my mom .... she CRAZILY ACT LIKE A PAPARAZZI. shes a very worrywart, paranoid, VERY JEALOUS person.


but i still love my mom =D

dont worry im not like my mom... just the jealous part -_-;

that's called 'Emotional Cheating,'
usually, it's not a big deal. but if you do feel uncomfortable with it, just talk to your bf/gf about it.

I used to get so jealous when he hung out with girls at church,school or work but then when i thought about it almost all my friends are guys. But doesnt really matter we're over :(

My boyfriend has a lot of friends who are girls, because he's that kind of sweet (yet tough) guy who is really easy to talk to. One of his best friends is a girl, and he used to have a crush on her..sometimes I worry for the smallest nanosecond. And sometimes a few of his ex-girlfriends try to hit on him and whatnot. That makes me mad. mad.gif

But at least he always reassures me that I'm his numero uno and nothing'll ever change that. wub.gif

You just got to keep on reminding yourself that they're yours and no one elses and vice versa. _smile.gif Don't let jealousy ruin your relationship.

It's fine to be jealous. Just don't let it overcome you. People get jealous because they care. They don't want to loose their partner because they know that it will hurt if they are gone. Just don't become controlling or manipulative because you are jealous. It's even ok to tell your boyfriend that you are jealous. He might even be flattered. As long as, you allow him to live his life normally without making him feel guilty for talking to anyone of the opposite sex
