Put the image inside of a div and position it over there.
CODE
<div style="left=0; top=0; position=absolute;"><img src="IMG URL"></div>

Change the left and top numbers till its where you want it.

I wanted the image to be to the right of the menu box like right next to it.

Make the top number bigger so it goes down lower.
Make the left number bigger so it goes more to the left.

If its covering the blue boxes just make the top one a little bit lower. Or if your using divs fr the blue boxes set there top number to a higher number.

Well... what do you think? Basic I know but its my first. I'm gonna borrow my friends PSP and maybe after awhile it'll look better, but for now it's good. This is my 1st website thing so I am quite proud of it. Now I wish I could put something on her that would allow people to comment, but I don't know how. Maybe someone will tell me. Also how can I specify the colors of bold, italic, and underline?
<br>
<center><font color="#9efd07"><u><b>BYE</B></u></font></center>
</div>

</head>
</html>

How can I fix it w/out having to cover the 1st post up?

Try having this instead :
CODE
<div style="left:246; top:0; position:absolute;"><img src="http://img482.imageshack.us/img482/8610/enter1es.png"></div>

And I'm pretty sure you don't need all that <br> codes before BLAH BLAH BLAH
