This past Sunday (June 18th) I had a dance show...naturally I stretched but I'm an idiot and forgot to stretch my back and we have these body-roll things where we arch our back quite a bit and I think I did something to my lower back...because it's been killing me since Monday morning to stretch or bend my lower back or anything...
Any ways to relieve it in the best way possible? Or anything? I've dealt with upper back pain before, but I've never had lower back pain really before so yeah... =p

Ah, yes I have a lot of back pain easpecially lower back at times. I use to have it somewhere else in my back but it was how i use to sit in school because the teachers use to make me bored and i use to sit in this odd position. Anyway take some advil or some kind of tylenol type thing for back pain. Get a heating pad and well you have a boyfriend tell him to massage your back laugh.gif once you have the heating pad up there a while. Those ehm hot cold patch things work as well they sell them pretty much anywhere, wal mart, cvs, etc.

heating pads can help but if the pain continues try going to a chiropractor. It can cost a lot, but if it's a serious problem then the money is worth it.
