image rollover help Options

ok i put the code for the image rollover thingy

but once i did it everytime i hovered over the links my profile starts blinking

i was wondering if someone could help me?

yea you need to change where the picture comes up
because the image shows up in the middle of your interest.
and sometimes it does that
its IE though
if you used a better browser it doesn't do it
