Div help (again, yes, first big project, sry) Options

[PoeticInsanity]

If someone could please help me make sense of this code and where it belongs it would be much appreciated. I'm trying to put comments in a DIV layout. I've found a code, but don't know how to use it.
The code is found Here.
My site is coded as follows:
<style type="text/css">

.Main {position:absolute; left:50%; top:125px; width:800px; z-index:2; margin-left:-400px; padding:0px; border:0px; background-color:transparent;}

.Background {position:absolute; left:50%; top:0px; width:800px; z-index:1; margin-left:-400px; padding:0px; border:0px; background-color:transparent;}

.Music {position:absolute; left:0px; top:0px; background-color:transparent; z-index:3; border:0px; padding:0px;}

.Contest_Banner {position: absolute; left:42px; width:170px; height:170px; top:150px; background-color:transparent; border:0px; z-index:4; padding:0px; visibility: visible;}

.Contact_Table {position: absolute; left:310px; top:630px; background-color:transparent; border:0px; z-index:5; padding:0px;}

.Top_Links {position:absolute; left:70px; top:125px; background-color:transparent; border:0px; z-index:6; padding:0px; width:680px;}
a:link{color:brown;}
a:visited{color:brown;}
a:hover{color:orange; background-color:brown;}
a:active{color:brown;}

</style>

</DIV>

if someone could please help me figure out where the code goes to make the comments visible in this DIV layout (preferable at the bottom horizontally) it would be a great help. Thanx

[*This Confession*]

eh i dislike bbz stuff

[coldtrance]

your code is incomplete, you didnt post the comments properties and all the other stuff given by bbz

[PoeticInsanity]

Thanks. I've got the comments up, but one more question. Is there a way to put this in a horizontal scroll box along the bottom without any vertical scrollbar? that's the next step lol. Oh, and the ADD COMMENT link at the bottom can (and preferably should) be done away with.
here's the new code:
<style type="text/css">

.Main {position:absolute; left:50%; top:125px; width:800px; z-index:2; margin-left:-400px; padding:0px; border:0px; background-color:transparent;}

.Background {position:absolute; left:50%; top:0px; width:800px; z-index:1; margin-left:-400px; padding:0px; border:0px; background-color:transparent;}

.Music {position:absolute; left:0px; top:0px; background-color:transparent; z-index:3; border:0px; padding:0px;}

.Contest_Banner {position: absolute; left:42px; width:170px; height:170px; top:150px; background-color:transparent; border:0px; z-index:4; padding:0px; visibility: visible;}

.Contact_Table {position: absolute; left:310px; top:630px; background-color:transparent; border:0px; z-index:5; padding:0px;}

.Top_Links {position:absolute; left:70px; top:125px; background-color:transparent; border:0px; z-index:6; padding:0px; width:680px;}

a:hover{color:orange; background-color:brown;}
a:active{color:brown;}

.comments {width:#px; overflow: none;}
.comments table {background-color: transparent;margin-top: -3px;}

can you provide the link to your profile so i can see what the problem is?

[PoeticInsanity]

here's my site
its just a test site for now so the comment box comments to another account, as do the buttons.
