does tea/coffee like stunt your growth?? i've heard that from so many ppl but idk if its true, is it?? does coffee or tea actually stunt your growth??

Tea doesn't. The coffee theory hasn't been proven yet but it has been "suggested." I highly doubt it though.

because it contain caffine. caffine break down mineral in your bone which decrease the length and wide of it. for full effect, drink coffee everyday.

yeah I agree. I've never heard of tea affecting your growth but I have heard of coffee.
I don't think it's true though. |

yea, ive heard that too. its because they both contain caffiene.
