how long is too long when talking about kissing your bf/gf for the first time?
it doesnt have to be your very first kiss but the first with that person.

just talking about your first kiss w/ the person? or actually kissing?

talking--dont talk about it, just do it! If you kiss her/him first time...make it quick so the element of surprise lingers! tongue.gif

You mean how long is it until you two talk about kissing for the first time with each other?

The last and only time I've encountered that was when I was 14. I think we started talking about it maybe a month into the relationship because it was the first kiss for the both of us.

I think 2 weeks is a long enough wait.

I think that's fine since it's your first kiss. You're just nervous. I was a bit umm...precocious at 14. I practically forced everything on him.

I'm not sure about the talking thing. It was pretty awkward when my ex and I spoke about it. Just get closer to her. Start holding her hand and hugging her if you haven't already, if you have try doing it more so she notices that you two are getting closer. Than after a date when you take her home, go in for the kiss. 2 months is long enough, I doubt she'll be offended or whatever.

well I feel like a dirty slut now lol. You guys all waited... I kissed my boyfriend 5 minutes after he asked me out. But... we had been friends for a long time before and were really close and holding hands before this. So it depends. JUst go for it! It really isn't hard. The worst thing that could happen is that you'd bump noses or something like that.

in your own time..if you feel that you guys are close enough to then go for it.

But I guess around 2-3 weeks is long enough..

My boyfriend kissed me on our 1st week..which was incredibly awkward..when I got more comfortable with him, I told him he shouldn't have..lol

there is nosuchthing as too long when it comes to kissing, I mean it may get really boring after awhile...but...never would do any damage to a relationship or anything like that...

also...if she/he is letting you kiss her/him for a long ass time, and they dont seem to be making the next move. then that means they will never, and is a red flag for you to make the next move....alot of times...if the move isnt made one or the other will end the relationship.
