Tell me what u wanna do w/ your hair and your make up and I'm gonna help u. But give some information for example: I've got curly hair and I want to make it straight..
And I'll help u. But "tips 4 hair and make up" is too general!!

One of my friends has the same problem w/ you.
You could try to use a conditioner or a hair product that makes hair more straight. If it works then u will be able to leave your hair down. U could also use some hairclips. Your hair is short? Make up: Just cover your spots(if u have) so your skin is perfect. Then use a light shadow(like: pink or light blue), lipgloss(pink or without color) and that's all 4 a really natural look. Don't use dark shadows or a lipstick. Hope I helped a bit.

use a highlighting pencil beneath your eyes so that it gives the 'illuminating' lookk. for your eyebags. black eyeliner is too harsh for a natural look so use a lighter color that matches your eyes/hair/clothes that youre wearing and use nude colored shadow.
 oo & ps for the liner part you can use black for making a tail pointing up at the end of your eye to give it the *sexyy cleopatra* look. i use it :D anyways hope that helped |

-don't use a lot of conditioner. it makes your hair fall out.
-don't part your hair in the direct center. it makes your hair... not nice? i forget what it does, but just don't. |
