your answers could be true or made up, it doesn't matter as long as it's good.

what three flaws do you possess?

what are you three greatest skills?

give me an example in which you showed leadership skills?

obviously these are questions on almost every job interview (for retail) .. what are the "textbook answers"? give me some good answers to these questions ..

what three flaws do you possess?
1. Sometimes I feel Im too nice, and a lot of people take advantage of that.

2. My inability to dicuss how I feel on a personal level to another person, I just can't do it yo, too mushy.

3. I hate to accept the fact that in order to succeed you must also fail.

what are you three greatest skills?
1. The skill of knowing those who are truly obtain knowledge are those who know they don't know everything.

2. I like to think things through logical before I come to a final conclusion.

3. Accepting the fact that you can't please every person no matter how hard you try.

give me an example in which you showed leadership skills?

1. If I have, I really wouldn't know. I don't look at myself as a leader but rather someone who seeks guidance. _unsure.gif

What three flaws do you possess?
Well, I'm extremely hypocritical. The other day I kind of scolded my friend for making me & another friend feel uncomfortable at a restaurant because they were kissing right in front of us, when I have no room to talk because my boyfriend & I probably make people feel uncomfortable all the time. { sweat drop } Secondly, I do tend to get jealous quite a bit, even over the stupidest things. Lastly, I definitely have an anger problem. I get annoyed easily, and quickly take it out on others with sarcastic responses.
What are you three greatest skills?
Uhh, I don't think I have any..lessee here. Language, perhaps, could be considered a skill of mine. Complaining, heh. And, umm..I can't think of a third one..
Give me an example in which you showed leadership skills?
I don't think I've ever been a leader. I'm shy.

Sorry for the shitty answers.

- I try to teach people photoshop.

Showed Leadership:
By teaching a group of people at school photoshop? Idk. In group projects I'm alright.

Three flaws:
  • Procrastinates stuff I don't really care about. I get it done... eventually.
  • Can't really show 100% effort unless I care about it.
  • Doesn't like taking orders.
Three Skills:
  • Photography, even though I'm still beginning.
  • I can say I'm pretty good with computers.
  • Quick learner
Example of Leadership:
  • When I'm in a rather important group project with people who really just don't care, I take the intiative and I get them to work, somehow.

A few textbook answers for you. If these don't apply to you, I hope you're comfortable with lying your ass off.

Three Flaws:
Workaholic. (They like that. It means you'll probably be at the job a lot.)
Perfectionist. (They'll like this too. It shows you'll get the job done WELL.)
Punctuality. (Assuming they hire you, this will give them a heads up that you might not be on time every day. Good for you. _smile.gif )

Three Skills:
Quick learner. (Whatever job you have, there will be a system. This answer shows that you'll pick up that system quickly.)
Team Player. (It's a given that you'll have coworkers. This will show that you'll work well with them.
*insert hobby here* (Listing an outside activity as a skill shows that you're well rounded and could probably handle a job as well as school and some other extracurricular.)

Example of leadership:
Captain of a sports team
Leader of group projects at school
Church youth group

Hope these helped. happy.gif

Well you would usually fill in these questions with personal preference...

I guess for skills you would want to say some skills that would fit whatever job you would want to apply for.

For flaws... I wouldn't put anything that would really interfere too badly with your job, but I would still be truthful.

Leadership would probably want to be something under heavy conditions, something great.

Well ok. Take that advice from a thirteen year old. cool.gif

Great answers on the post above me.

great answers however while i could see how being a perfectionist and workaholic might be flaws, i dont understand how punctuality would be a flaw .. haha .. im thinking maybe saying i joke around too much, so they see me as a people person :)

oh wait nevermind . you meant you might not be punctual
