I broke up with a guy I've fallen for because well...he's changed a lot and he's become an ass. Well I ended it...cried over it. Then, this guy I played tennis with (who I liked during tennis season...just a little) helped me cheer up about it saying what I did was right. Well, after his concert (he has a band) when I got home he asked me out and well since I started to like him, I said yes.
So...we just had our first date. And, I'm not used to being treated so nicely because of my last relationship. Well in a way I'm scared and I'm not ready. But, gosh I don't know what to do. I'm not ready...so how am I supposed to tell the tennis guy? My friend just told me how much the tennis guy likes me, and he got suspicious that I'm having second thoughts. I don't know what to do. Tennis guy is awesome, but I...don't know! Is it too soon you think? |

it is to soon to start a relationshipp and you might feel akward after a guy treats you so bad and he treats you so good.. but you also deserve to have a guy that treats you right. just tell him that you need some time and mean while you guys can be friends tell him that you do like him but you just need some space to think for a while. if he really likes you he will understand and give you some space. after a ending a realtionship that wasnt a good one its good to relax a little while before going off and meeting new people. tell your guy that you still wanna be with him but give you some time. good luck!!

That guy sounds nice. I'm a nice guy. I've been broken up with everytime I've been out with some one, but that doesn't say much for me now does it? haha. Well, He seems like the kind of person that would understand. Do you think you're not ready because it happened so soon? It happened like, right afterwards right? haha. I'm a little lost there. I wouldn't date him longer then break up with him, cause there will be more of an attachment.
That's my advice. Take it or leave it. |

^ Hmm...true...I'm giving it another week. My friends say to stay w/ him, but I'm pretty sure I know myself more. I'll break it off...I guess. Ah...this sucks. I've never broken up unless there's a HUGE reason.

You sure you want to? I mean he seems to be an amazing guy. I wish i could like yeah. If he fits your every hope in a guy then you should stay. But if not mabye try and see for awhile cause you'd never know you`ll open your eyes to other traites you want in a ugy and mabye you`ll love what he has. Were you good friends before? I know it's fast because i meet guys who falls for me after a couple of conversations .. and it's kidn of akward so just take your tiem to get to know more deeper details. Yeah i hope that helps. You should check him out a bit and if you are sure you don't like then break it ..if you liek what you see in him then keep.

tell the tenis guy that you aren't ready. I mean if your not. Just becuase you're not in a relationship doesn't mean that you can't be friends with him. Take it slow, sometimes it takes time to heal the wounds of a previous relationship.

I did it...I told the tennis guy. But, right before it, I heard my ex had said that I was saying awful things about his family. That I disrespected his family and said they were "f**ked" up. So I was really upset before I told the tennis guy. I can't believe he said that I said that...I want to tell him I didn't but, then it would look like I care, right? But, I don't...
I just want to move on because I'm pretty sure he's moved on with his so called four "bitches" *rolls eyes* |

plenty of others out there...just another notch if you don't feel the same way...you can't force yourself to...better for him to know now then a week later. get it done with move on. and hope you guys can still be friends. If not his loss then.

It depends how you feel.If your not ready to move on..break up with him or tell him to give you some space.
